Hackney Picturehouse Strike Benefit Night

Venue: Brewer’s Bar, 77 Shacklewell Lane, London, E8 2EB

Join us for an evening of sensational socialist entertainment. The line-up includes comedians Kate Smurthwaite and Don Biswas and the poets Janine Booth, Nadia Drews, Tim Wells and Grim Chip. 

Please pay what you can afford – all the money raised will go to support the striking workers at our local Hackney Picturehouse and at Picturehouses across London and in Brighton. Workers there are striking for London Living Wage, improved conditions and for Trade Union recognition.

The venue will be open from 7pm, performances kick off at 8pm.
