My first gig as Attila the Stockbroker was at Bush Fair Playbarn, Harlow on September 8th 1980. I’ve now done about 3500 gigs in 24 countries and earned my living as a performance poet and musician for nearly 40 years. I know what a privilege it is to do that – and intend to celebrate it most thoroughly with a return to Dingwall’s, the first London gig I ever did, with guest appearances by some of my greatest musical and poetic co-conspirators.

I can now reveal the full line up. Some of my greatest co-conspirators indeed! Myself doing spoken word, teaming up with my old mate John Otway for a few numbers and playing with my band Barnstormer 1649 doing a selection of the songs from our 5 albums. Plus TV Smith Newtown Neurotics The Piranhas and poets Luke Wright and Janine Booth.
